Singapore Water Exchange is planned as the new catalyst to the existing PUB WaterHub Campus.  At the heart of the campus is the new Water Boulevard which is Active Beautiful Clean (ABC) water feature which integrates the Singapore Water Exchange, Singapore Water Academy and the PUB Office. The five storey atrium is naturally ventilated and serves as the activity generating hub of the integrated campus

On the 2nd storey, a new collaborative and co-working office suite created a hub for exchange of ideas and hosting of events that promotes research into water-technology for the research office that takes up the occupancy in Singapore Water Exchange.
