MASTERPLAN
Intended to be built in phases over the next 10 years, the residential masterplan at Math India plays on creating livable, community-based environments for medium-rise living. A total of 625 units ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms is expected to be built. Each building tower is 7 storey tall with a double-loaded corridor teeming with internal green. Sheltered gathering spaces for each block come in the form of a vertical ring garden with its own self-sufficient ecosystem. It is a delightful space shaded from the soaring afternoon temperatures. Deep overhanging balconies and planters on the façade are effective in cutting down heat gain into each apartment.
